What Is Mindset Coaching?
It is a structured practice where you work with a coach to learn ways to change your thinking, challenge your beliefs, build new cognitive skills, and create better outcomes in your personal or professional endeavors. Mindset coaching helps you develop positive and productive thinking.

For individuals who want to identify and change limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, or self-doubt that are preventing them from achieving their personal or professional goals.
What is The Process Like?
An initial assessment to understand the client’s current mindset and goals, followed by sessions where the coach helps the client identify limiting beliefs, challenge negative thought patterns, and develop strategies to cultivate a more positive and productive mindset by adopting new beliefs and behaviors to achieve their desired outcomes. This process often includes reflection exercises, goal setting, and accountability checks to track progress.
1. Identifying Limiting Beliefs.
I help the client become aware of their current mindset patterns and identify limiting beliefs that may be hindering their progress.
2. Challenging Those Beliefs.
I facilitate critical thinking by asking probing questions to challenge the validity of limiting beliefs and encourage the client to explore alternative perspectives.
3. Developing New Perspectives.
The client is guided to develop a new, more empowering mindset by visualizing success, practicing positive affirmations, and reframing negative thoughts.
4. Creating Actionable Plans To Implement Positive Changes.
The client creates a concrete plan with specific actions to implement the new mindset in their daily life, including measurable goals and accountability strategies.

About Me
LaTosha Strickland’s journey to becoming a life coach began with a profound epiphany during a difficult period of depression. She realized that focusing on the positive aspects of life and within herself could transform her entire perspective. This shift allowed her to not only recognize the beauty, gifts, and talents within her, but also to see these qualities in others.
As she spoke with friends and family, she understood why many struggled to reach their goals—it was their mindset holding them back. Motivated by this insight, LaTosha felt a deep calling to help others embrace the power of positive thinking. She knew that by guiding people to shift their mindset, she could help them break free from limiting beliefs and achieve their dreams.
After earning her Jay Shetty Life Coaching Certification, LaTosha founded TK Strickland, a life coaching company dedicated to helping individuals unlock their full potential. She believes that anyone, regardless of age, background, or circumstances, can achieve success by changing the way they think.
Through her work, LaTosha is honored to walk alongside her clients, helping them discover that positive thinking is the key to building confidence, overcoming challenges, and ultimately finding true success and peace.
